Thank you and welcome to the new Investor Relations Center for MultiCast Networks Holdings Inc. We have developed this area to provide you with more timely and detailed information pertaining to our products, plans and performance.
I am pleased to report that our Company continues to grow and demonstrate improved results. The dramatic turnaround in our performance over the last year has provided MCN with the opportunity to raise additional equity through two private placements. This improved financial strength positions our Company to take selected risks, invest in our technology and to grow all facets of our business even more aggressively in the future.
I would like to thank our shareholders for the confidence they have shown in management’s plans. We will strive to deliver on our recent commitments to all of our shareholders and to provide sustained profitable growth for our shareholders. We are also positioning ourselves in the best way possible in order to go public in the near future while maximizing the individual and corporate share value on a perpetual basis.
None of this means much without good execution. I am pleased to report that our management team has demonstrated their ability to execute the early stages of our three year strategic plan and our employees continue to dedicate themselves and develop, produce and deliver quality products and services. I am grateful to their efforts and their critical contributions both recently and in the future.
