A region or multiple regions of interest can be drawn on the screen and the software will count traffic that passes through the region in any direction that is specified and ignore traffic in any direction that is specified.
The MCN IS - Automated Counting software can export statistics into an excel spreadsheet or even integrate it into a business management system at an additional cost. The software is able to count only human traffic and ignore vehicular traffic or vice versa.
MCN IS - Automated Counting software does not require overhead cameras to operate effectively, it is able to count using more normal camera angles, as long as there is some elevation.
